Harry Hill

Harry Hill is a multiple award-winning comedian and author who has created some of the most successful TV shows of the last two decades including Harry Hill’s TV Burp, collecting three BAFTAs, eight British Comedy Awards and a Golden Rose of Montreux along the way.

Danielle Lux

Danielle has been running CPL for the last 10 years. As well as having achieved an MBO of the company, she has launched, along with her business partner Murray Boland, its successful raft of new primetime programming, from ITV’s, All Star Mr and Mrs to Sky One’s A League of Their Own featuring James Corden.

Before joining Celador Productions in February 2004, Danielle was a broadcaster working as Head of Entertainment Group at Channel 4 where she commissioned comedy, entertainment, factual entertainment, music, T4 and was also Controller of E4.

At C4 she signed exclusive deals with major breakthrough talent including award-winners Jimmy Carr, Derren Brown and Vernon Kay. Her hits included Peep ShowGreenwingDistraction,Phoenix NightsMax and Paddy’s Road to Nowhereas well as cult comedy hit Bo! Selecta and multi award winning gameshow format Without Prejudice and Make My Day. She also co-commissioned Emmy nominated Ali G in Da USA III with HBO. Amongst other BAFTARTS and British Comedy Awards, she also gained Channel 4 a record five nominations at the Montreux Festival.

Before that, Danielle was Controller of Entertainment Commissioning at the BBCwhere she commissioned a host of award winning hit shows including The Kumars at No 42Alistair McGowan’s Big ImpressionMarion and Geoff (Rob Brydon’s multi award winning comedy), Dead Ringersand Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, as well as signing exclusive deals with talent from Steve Coogan to Jonathan Ross.

Prior to that, Danielle was Head of Children’s and Young People’s Entertainment at Granada and LWT. She cut her teeth on youth programmes from Rough Guides to The Wordindependent production company TVF.

Murray Boland

Murray is a BAFTA-Award-winning executive producer and has been working in TV for over 25 years – most of that time with friend and collaborator, Danielle Lux.  He leads the production and development of all of CPL’S non-scripted programmes and was part of the management buyout of Celador Productions in 2007.

Prior to CPL Murray was Director of Programmes at E4 and before that was Director of Programming for MTV UK.  His career started in Dublin as a newspaper reporter before he made the move into TV on iconic C4 shows like the BAFTA-Award- winning Network 7, The Word and The Big Breakfast.

Mobashir Dar

Mob is a British Comedy Award and Rose D’Or-winning producer and has been working in television for over 20 years”

Prior to NIT, Mob worked at various comedy production companies such as Tiger Aspect, Talkback and Baby Cow Productions and was Editor of New Comedy at the BBC.
